Location and Working Area

Our showroom and storage are located in Roseville, CA.
You will have Sales in Sacramento Area, San Francisco, and Bay Area.

Hybrid/Remote job opportunity.
You can live in Sacramento and visit our office 2-3 times per week or you can live in Bay Area and be a Remote B2B Sales Manager.

At 916 Floors, we specialize in the sale and installation of Hardwood, Laminate, Vinyl, Carpet, Tile, and Waterproof Flooring.

Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B customers within our current account base.
  • Identify new customers and markets.
  • Identify new marketplaces or sales channels.
  • Assist in the development of a B2B sales strategy.
  • Provides the highest degree of customer service, assisting multiple customers at a time.
  • Understands customer needs and assists them in determining appropriate products and services.
  • Ensure the presentation of the showroom & flooring displays are clean and organized.
  • Responsible and understands all aspects of the sale process including but not limited to contacting potential leads, accurately measuring areas, ordering materials, completing work orders, scheduling and following up with customers during and after the sale.
  • Assists customers in the color selection process, articulates the features and benefits of flooring selection, and communicates product knowledge.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate the purchase.
  • Builds long-term relationships.

Qualifications and Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Manager/Outside Sales Manager/Sales Representative or similar role (preferably flooring).
  • Understanding of the active B2B sales process, identifying future clients’ needs, presents appropriate products and services.
  • High level in Sales technics and be proficient to close deals.
  • Excellent Cold calling, meetings and presentations.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
  • Performs field measurements of typical apartment floor plans, calculates square yard/square foot requirements for clients, and prepares and provides per-unit proposals as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Travels throughout the branch's service area to visit future clients and establish relationships.
  • Studies the profession of sales.
  • High school degree.
  • Clean driving record for the last 3 years.
  • Ability to drug test.
